If you purchased from a third-party marketplace (e.g., Udemy, app store, reseller), their refund policy will apply instead.

2. General Refund Principles
Because our services include digital products, instant access tools, and customized work, refunds are granted in limited, clearly defined circumstances to balance fairness and protection for all parties.
We offer refunds when:

1. The request meets the eligibility conditions outlined below.

2. The product/service is not as described or there has been a clear failure to deliver.

3. The request is made within the allowed timeframe.

Refunds are not provided for “change of mind” purchases where the service has been accessed, delivered, or used as described.

• Add-on purchases or upgrades follow the same 7-day/10% use threshold.

100% refund if canceled before design work begins.

50% refund if canceled after initial design approval but before delivery.

No refund once the final website is delivered.

Effortless Sales Flow ($447)

100% refund if canceled before any build work starts.

50% refund if canceled before final delivery.

No refund once all sales flow assets are delivered.

Courses That Carry Your Signature Impact ($177)

Full refund if canceled before course portal creation begins.

No refund after branding, login setup, or course automation is implemented.

Your Voice in Blog Form ($347)

Full refund if canceled before blog setup begins.

50% refund if canceled after setup but before delivery of draft content.

No refund after all drafts and the blog setup are delivered.

Opt-In Journeys ($437)

Full refund before design work begins.

50% refund before launch but after delivery of preview journey.

No refund after the opt-in funnel is live.

Connected Communities ($177)

Full refund before community setup begins.

No refund once the community portal and workflows are active.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Digital tools and templates once accessed/downloaded.

AI features (Voice AI, Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, Funnel AI, Workflow AI Assistant) after activation.

Trial or promotional offers after activation.

Work completed according to agreed specifications.

Custom or heavily tailored builds after approval milestones.

5. How to Request a Refund

Reason for the refund request

Any supporting screenshots or documents (if applicable)

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage contacting us first to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal action.
